Landslides are one of the most damaging disastrous phenomena that frequently lead to serious problems in hilly areas. Various impacts landslides have increased past decades due rapid growth urbanization developing world. Kodagu district, a part Western Ghat Region is sensitive topography with series ridges and susceptible frequent landslide occurrences experienced ever known earthslides mudslides along floods affecting 19 casualties year 2018, majority occurred Madikeri taluk.
